Booking & Participation Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and participation in UKCF Action holiday camps, stunt experiences, workshops and events.
Please read them carefully before booking. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, any child or young person included within your booking.

BOOKINGS
Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the required payment has been received and booking confirmation has been issued.
The person making the booking must be aged 18 or over and must have the authority to make the booking on behalf of every participant included within it.
For participants under the age of 18, the booking must be made or authorised by their parent or legal guardian.
Where another adult makes a booking on behalf of a child, that person confirms that they have authority from the child's parent or legal guardian to do so.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied during booking is complete and accurate.
PARTICIPATION & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK
UKCF Action provides physical activities including stunt training, parkour, freerunning, acrobatics, trampolining, tumbling, aerial activities, harness and wire work, airbag activities, stunt performance, action sequences and other associated activities ("Activities").
Participation in these Activities can be physically demanding and involves inherent risks, including falls, collisions and other accidental injuries. By booking and participating, you acknowledge the nature of these Activities and accept the ordinary risks associated with participating in them. Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits UKCF Action's liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
HEALTH & MEDICAL CONDITIONS
You confirm, to the best of your knowledge, that each participant is medically and physically capable of taking part in the Activities for which they are booked.
Parents or guardians must tell UKCF Action about any relevant medical condition, injury, allergy, disability, additional need or medication that could affect a participant's ability to participate safely or which our coaching team should reasonably be aware of.
If a participant's health or circumstances change before attending an event, you must inform UKCF Action. UKCF Action does not provide medical advice regarding whether a participant is medically suitable to undertake an Activity. Where there is any uncertainty, appropriate medical advice should be obtained before participating.
UKCF Action reserves the right to restrict or prevent participation in a particular Activity where our coaches reasonably believe that participation would create an unacceptable risk to the participant or another person.
SAFETY
Participants must:
Our coaches may modify, restrict or stop a participant's involvement in an Activity where they reasonably consider this necessary for safety. Participants must not attend or participate while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or any substance that could materially impair their ability to participate safely.
ACTIVITIES & PROGRAMME CHANGES
We aim to provide the Activities advertised for each UKCF Action event. However, the exact programme may change. Individual Activities may be adapted, substituted, postponed or removed where reasonably necessary because of:
Airbag activities are subject to suitable weather conditions. If weather does not permit, subject to availability we aim to move the bag into the large sports hall onsite.
Where an individual Activity cannot safely take place, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative Activity where practical. A change to an individual Activity does not automatically entitle the participant to a full or partial refund where the overall event continues to operate.
BEHAVIOUR
UKCF Action is committed to providing a safe, positive and enjoyable environment.
Participants are expected to behave appropriately towards coaches, staff and other participants. Bullying, deliberate dangerous behaviour, violence, abusive behaviour, deliberate damage to equipment or repeatedly ignoring safety instructions will not be accepted.
Where reasonably necessary, UKCF Action may remove a participant from an Activity or event. For serious or repeated behaviour issues involving a child, their parent or guardian may be contacted and asked to collect them. Where a participant is removed because of serious misconduct or persistent failure to follow reasonable safety instructions, a refund will not normally be provided.
ARRIVAL & COLLECTION
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring participants arrive at the correct location at the stated registration time and are collected promptly at the end of the event. Please tell us as soon as reasonably possible if you expect to be late collecting a child. Children will only be released in accordance with the collection arrangements provided to UKCF Action.
Where another person will be collecting a child, parents or guardians should notify UKCF Action in advance where required.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you need to cancel a booking, please contact UKCF Action as soon as possible. Unless otherwise stated during booking:
More than 14 days before the event:
You may request a transfer to another available UKCF Action event or a refund, less any non-refundable booking or transaction charges that were clearly identified when booking.
Between 7 and 14 days before the event:
We will endeavour to transfer the booking to another available event where possible. Refunds are at UKCF Action's discretion.
Less than 7 days before the event:
Bookings are normally non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to attend without prior notice does not entitle the participant to a refund. Where exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us and we will consider the circumstances reasonably and individually. Any statutory rights you may have are unaffected.
CANCELLATION BY UKCF ACTION
Very occasionally, UKCF Action may need to cancel or significantly reschedule an event. Where UKCF Action cancels an entire event and cannot provide a suitable alternative, customers will be offered either:
UKCF Action will not normally be responsible for consequential costs such as travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred in connection with attendance, except where required by law.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
UKCF Action will not be responsible for a failure or delay in providing an event where this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include severe weather, venue closure, power failure, government restrictions, transport disruption, emergency situations or other events that could not reasonably have been avoided.
Where this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers and provide an appropriate solution.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings.
UKCF Action cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence. We recommend that valuable items are not brought to UKCF Action events unless necessary.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
Photography and video recording form part of the UKCF Action experience and are a condition of booking and participation in UKCF Action events.
Due to the nature of our Activities, multiple participants may be taking part simultaneously within shared training areas. Photography and filming may take place throughout these Activities. For practical and safety reasons, including the need for our coaches to maintain their primary focus on participant supervision and safe delivery of Activities, UKCF Action cannot guarantee that an individual participant can be excluded from photographs or video footage recorded during an event.
By completing a booking, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees that the participant may be photographed and/or filmed while attending UKCF Action.
Photographs and video footage may be used by UKCF Action for purposes connected with the operation and promotion of UKCF Action, including:
We will use photographs and footage responsibly and will not intentionally publish material that we reasonably consider inappropriate, embarrassing or detrimental to a participant.
Where reasonably practicable, UKCF Action will avoid publishing a child's full name alongside identifiable promotional photographs or footage unless separate permission has been obtained.
If a parent or guardian does not wish their child to be photographed or filmed as described above, they should not complete a booking for a UKCF Action event.
This requirement exists because photography and filming take place across shared stunt Activities and it is not reasonably practicable to guarantee that an individual participant will remain outside recorded footage while maintaining the safe and effective operation of the event.
Personal information, including identifiable photographs and video, will otherwise be handled in accordance with UKCF Action's Privacy Notice and applicable data protection law.
PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY
UKCF Action processes personal information where necessary to administer bookings, take payments, communicate with customers, manage participant safety and deliver our events. This may include information about participants and, where relevant, health, medical or additional-needs information required to help us provide Activities safely.
We may use trusted service providers to help us operate our booking, payment, communication and administrative systems. These providers may process information on our behalf where necessary to provide their services. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and our Privacy Notice.
Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law and customer communication preferences. Customers can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
In the event of an accident, illness or emergency involving a participant, UKCF Action will take reasonable steps to contact their parent, guardian or emergency contact. Where urgent medical assistance is reasonably required and a parent or guardian cannot immediately be contacted, UKCF Action may contact the emergency services and take reasonable steps necessary to protect the participant's health and welfare.
LIABILITY
UKCF Action will provide its services with reasonable care and skill. Participants are expected to follow the instructions, safety procedures and rules provided by UKCF Action. UKCF Action will not be responsible for injury, loss or damage resulting from a participant deliberately disregarding reasonable safety instructions, misusing equipment, undertaking unauthorised Activities or failing to disclose relevant information where that failure materially contributes to the loss or injury.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts any liability which cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including liability for death or personal injury caused by UKCF Action's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
UKCF Action may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to a booking will normally be those in force at the time the booking was made, except where a change is required by law or is necessary for safety reasons.
GENERAL
If UKCF Action does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, this does not prevent us from enforcing it subsequently. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
